Sarasota County adopted Ordinance No. 2022-061, which limits inflow and infiltration into the sewer system. Meanwhile, Sarsota County Ordinance 2019-023 implements a FOG (fats, oils, and grease) Management Program for commercial operators involved in food preparation and grease hauling.
